many incredibly beautiful and creative entries. This was a very, very tough decision guys. Really tough. Even when I narrowed it down, I was still ready to pull out my hair deciding. XD

Winners and all the wonderful people who also submitted to this contest, I want to thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into your submission. Each piece was lovely and I only wish I could have somehow used all of them. Please expect an e-mail and/or PM from me soon (I would do it now but it's 11PM and I'm ready to drop XD;; ) which will detail my thanks and also how I'll be sending prizes. Megan snags the Ouran portrait, but other winners, you will also each receive a little something. It's a surprise though, so look forward to the e-mails.

Contest GuidelinesDEADLINE: August 28, 2007 (Tuesday) @ 11:59PMFinally, the
FRoP Logo Contest! Now, I'd like to tell you firsthand this is supposed to be a fun contest, but the judging will be taken very seriously. Why is that? Well, if your design wins, it'll probably be posted all over the place on the main site. So, what kind of logo would you like FRoP to have?
I had fanartists in mind when thinking of this, but those of you better at computer-style graphics (like me ^^v) can take a crack at it too. =0D
1) Entry must have 'FRoP' as the major focus of the design. And yes, the 'o' must be lower caps. You can choose to incorporate the title of the site 'For Richer or Poorer' in its entirety, but that is completely up to your own creative desires.
2) If you are designing your entry by hand (*nudges fanartists*), please draw on paper
at least 8.5in by 5.5in. I say this only because I'd like the logo to be the best quality when scanned in. (Bigger is better than too small and pixelated.) Those using computers, your canvas must be
at least 600 px by 400 px (yes, it can be bigger).
3) Background should be white if drawing. If designing on a computer, the background should be transparent. (While designing, I know it's easier to see with a solid background - just make sure your end product has the transparent background.) In addition, please keep your layers - do not flatten the image. (I'm assuming you'll be using Photoshop, but if using another program, that's fine too.)
4)
Optional. You can choose to add Ouran characters, but since this is a logo, chibis would most likely be better than actual size unless you know of a way to pull it off. Also, if you choose to add characters, they must be from the actual Host Club. While I love the supporting characters, I'm afraid it would be strange to newbies if the FRoP logo featured... well, Mei, for example. (Don't know who Mei is? ^^;; Well, I've just proved my point. XD)
Can't think of what to do? Here's a couple of my suggestions that I've envisioned, which I would attempt if I had any drawing skill at all. XD
- Ouran chibis leaning and/or hanging off the giant letters 'FRoP'.
- some snazzy design using silhouettes of the Host club members

If you are sending me the original PSD file, please upload it to a service such as SendSpace and send me the download link. Sending a PSD file by e-mail attachment is not going to work. Enter the subject line as
'FRoP Logo Contest Entry'.
Please turn in all entries by
August 28, 2007 (Tuesday) @ 11:59PM. This gives you roughly two months to turn your entry in.

Since not all of us is pro in computer-designing. Well, then I shall wish people good luck, since I'm sure I won't be able to find a scanner during my vacation in Hong Kong ;p But who knows, how much is actually 8.5in and 5.5in? ^_^; A4 paper?
