But yeah, the Michael/Vic/Caitlin commentary was wonderful ^^ Very insightful and hilarious at the same time. And the Chris/Travis/Caitlin commentary was SO giggle-worthy XDD "This has become BOY commentary!"
Can't beat Michael/Monica/Caitlin, though. WAY too funny

Yeah Vic, Michael and Caitlin! Their's was my favorite. STAR TREK! CAPTAIN KIRK! WOO HOO!! XDD I think it was cool though cause, Vic actually (I think) directed a Star Trek episode thing. ^_^"

 Travis/Chris/Caitlin was really awesome XD Like when Travis was all like "YEAS!!!" when Hunny laughed. and the boy commentary thing was funny too! XDD

Michael/Monica/Caitlin = ftw. XDD 'nuff said. HAHA. kidding. but THERE'S WAS AWESOME. "They should make Hunny plushies... and Mori blow up dolls." XDDDDD


I also really liked Luci/Aaron/Caitlin too, Aaron is actually really funny. XD "My mom was thinking of back when I played Al and she was thinking of putting me on birth control so  my voice would stay high." Luci is pretty funny too.

oh i love that part!  i had to go back and watch it again like 5 times cuz i didn't understand what he said at first.  but when i got it i oculdn't stop laughing for like 10 minutes and had to go back again cuz i missed everything after wards! xD

OMG I can't believe I didn't know about these before! I guess I just thought everything was fan-made. I don't generally like dubs and always prefer to read subtitles since the original Japanese voices are so much more enchanting and charismatic, but for the purpose of these videos it was pretty funny! I can't remember all my favourite parts. Well, I liked the scene of:
Haruhi: "It flew away."
Kasonada: "...get my gun."

Arai: "I'm a normaler." and "Fudgioka. Like the chocolate?"

The newspaper president was so mellow and yet made some good jokes.

And I also really liked the part at the end with the dance, particularly Kyoya's part.

Was it just me or does the voice actress of Haruhi have the most bloopers and the most trouble reading...?

anyways.....ahem.....yea, i was watching those last night (well listening to them actually) while i was doing my homework.  they make me laugh so hard! xDDDDD

No, I totally prefer the Japanese version. I just don't usually like watching anything when it's dubbed. Even if it's a foreign film, I prefer to watch it in the language it was filmed in since I feel like it keeps its authenticity if the language is preserved. I know for sure now that I won't be able to watch Ouran in English since I've become so adapted to the Japanese voices. Plus, I don't want to offend anyone, but I really prefer the Japanese voices to the English ones that I've heard. I sometimes make AMVs, but since I can't stand seeing subtitles in AMVs, the clips I use are of the dubbed version. Since I can't stand the voices, I always make sure to mute the volume as I'm working. Sometimes, just hearing the English voices makes me squirm. This could just be me, but sometimes I feel like dubbed voices are sort of mocking...

So for now, as long as I can watch a movie/TV show/anime that happens to be in a different language with either English or French subtitles, I will. I prefer to stick with the original.

You're not the only one. I'm very much like that too. I really hate watching dubs just because I feel like some of the characters were made to match certain actors (I'm not referring to anime, but other experiences) and then hearing a voice that doesn't match that actor makes the film lose its value. But this one wasn't so bad after I accepted that I wouldn't be hearing the jokes in Japanese and listening to English speakers stumble over Japanese names (which they did extremely well) was very entertaining.

I don't mean to preach, Nika....but the Ouran dub is really one of the more well-done dubs out there. Caitlin Glass (the director) is just as huge a fangirl of the show as we all are, so she took EXTRA care in selecting the voices and made sure the script matched that Japanese as closely as possible.
I was weirded-out by the voices when I first heard them too. But after I watched a few episodes, they had won me over COMPLETELY, and now those are the voices I totally associate the characters with XD
I'm really sorry to ramble ^^; I just think the dub is SUPER well-done and really respect the amount of work that went into it, and I think every Ouran fan should give it a fair chance and at least watch a few eps without dismissing it completely.

BUT BACK ON TOPIC.....I really need to watch that episode 4 commentary again. Giggle-fests all around XD
