I think Tamaki is in a difficult situation with his feelings
but I fear that haruhi confess in that situation is difficult. and tamaki  perhaps not to hurt her the rejection
and this can cause a big impact since his first love haruhi rejected

I was looking for the twins special on LaLa DX, and my friend enter at the hakusensha site and found this on LaLa DX's page about Ouran "常陸院家のヒミツとは…光と馨が!?" I think it's a preview about the twins chapter, and google translated to this: Hitachi is the secret of the American Academy of ... light and Kaoru! Light might be Hikaru, but i didn't get it xD

A very interesting chapter. It's so different from Ouran back in the day. I don't know whether to think Tamaki is foolish or not, with how he reacted to his grandmother being fired. But I actually almost felt bad for her; I like that she becomes humanized.

I love how Kyouya totally shines and is more of the focus than Haruhi. It makes my shipper heart proud.

It's kind of surprising that Yuzuru became the "villain." I have to say I'm surprised. I think one reason Kyouya is so mad is because what Yuzuru did is something that Kyouya could have become, if he hadn't met Tamaki. Bitter, using those he is closest to for his own gain. But that last panel of Yuzuru during the confrontation shows that something is probably not right, there's more to it, as Haruhi said.

Anyone notice that the art isn't as good in this chapter? It resembles the first few episodes in style more than anything else.

As for Hikaru's feelings, I don't think he is completely over Haruhi, but he wants what is best for her.

Anne is back?! Oh wow, I can't wait to see her and Tamaki reunite. That, more than just about anything, is what I've been waiting for in this series.

I think that's a really good point you made about Kyoya becoming like Yuzuru; I hadn't thought of it myself, but I completely agree, Tamaki really has changed Kyoya for the better.

The art did bother me a little bit throughout the chapter as I suppose I've become quite spoiled with the artwork in most of Hatori-sensei's previous chapters.

Hey, I was wondering. If Haruhi does confess and Tamaki rejects her for some reason, like he doesn`t want to involve her or trouble her or something like that, how do you think Haruhi would react? Even as a sensible person such as herself, being rejected by the one you love would hurt alot either way. I wonder what she would do, like would she pretend it was okay and be all "I`ll manage" kind of or would she be openly hurt and avoid people, and possibly even cry?

I think she would at first be all "Oh... that`s alright. I knew anyway.", then walk away from him but as she`s at home she`ll begin to cry a little and look really dissapointed. And the next days (if we say Tamaki was back at school) she`d be avoiding him and be unable to speak properly to him when meeting him. Personally I think it`d be interesting to see a heartbroken Haruhi. Although not for long of course. I`m curios to how she`ll react when she finds out he loves her too. Probably shocked, most of all, since she still thinks that he only considers her as his daughter.

Yeah, it seemed a little different - it's like she didn't fully shade their hair - everything seemed more air-sprayed rather than full coloured (does that make sense? Probably not. Sorry ) Especially Haruhi..everything seemed less defined..

Hmm..I don't think this will really happen xD But if it does, I think she probably will put on a brave face for his sake like she has been doing for the last few chapters..shows her maturity a bit . But haha, I agree, however Tamaki tells her though, I'm sure she'll be shocked xP

Honestly though, the confession I think will occur will probablyl happen by accident, like usual..Tamaki and Haruhi always seem to have a big D&M, and then something comes out of it <3 So I think that if she when she does tell him, something will have lead up to this point to make it flow ok

As I said before, this was the first time that I have ever been annoyed with Tamaki because of his childish behavior. And just for the sake of letting people know what I said I said this:

I was also surprised that I got annoyed of Tamaki in this chapter. I adore Tamaki. And when I was reading, the feelings of annoyance for him started to rise. This never happens. So I was floored. I just thought that he was being a child about not getting his way. I understand why he was upset and yes he had the right to be but...not coming to school? Not eating? (That's what I got from it because Kaoru asks him if he lost weight.) I think he brought to a new extreme. I never ever bash on Tamaki, I still love him but I hope when he sees his mommy that he gets happy again. I miss my fun-loving idiot </3

Tamaki admitted himself that "Probably I`m just mad because things didn`t go my way...", so overall it`s just his reaction as a gold hearted guy to behave like that. I`m sure that even though it`ll have a happy ending, there will be some serious, reality touch to it

I agree with this too. Tamaki did realize that he was being childish, I just hope that he get's hit with the reality soon.

Haha, ok, maybe I'm looking tooooo far back, but a long time ago at the cultural festival Yuzuru praised Kyouya for boosting Tamaki's fortunes.  Don't you think Kyouya feels peed off based on Yuzuru's assumption of him, also? Yeesh, I can sort of understand him releasing some angry steam.
